Manufacturers and their agents in different countries may vary their packaging from country to country. OHMYFACE.COM sources its products from around the world and therefore the products you receive may not have the exact packaging as those available at your local country. Products in sample size are always sourced with assorted packaging, or the packaging boxes may be unpacked from country to country as well. Therefore, you may receive same products with different packaging in result.
OHMYFACE.COM provides customers with '30-days stocks guranteed warranty' (counting from the date on the order dispatch notification email), customer can contact us if he/she found problems about the products and needed to be changed.
Customer need to apply stock change through email within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
All customers including local or overseas customers need to pay all relevant delivery costs if the products are needed to be changed.
Gifts or premiums needed to be returned together with products when returned or changed.
On-sale products, redemption products and gifts or premiums cannot be changed or returned.
If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 30 days from the date of dispatch, it means the transaction deal is closed, OHMYFACE will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
If customers received wrong products or quantity different from ordered, he/she can notify us through email within 30 days, our customer service representative will audit your order details. If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges or costs will be paid by us.
We will not accept change or return of any unpacked products or used products.
OHMYFACE reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.
Upon successful completion of your order, we will email you the order confirmation with details of your order, including order number, order date, details of the items and their prices, your ship-to and bill-to information.
If you do not receive the email or an error occurs on the last step of your checkout, you are advised to check your Order History under “My Account “ before placing the order again to avoid duplication. Order cannot be canceled once the payment has been settled successfully. If customers cancel the order before delivery, we will issue a refund by deducting 3% of the value of products as handling fee.( Except products are out of stock) If customers cancel the order after delivery, we will issue a refund by deducting 15% of the value of products as handling fee.
Product information and delivery information cannot be changed once the order has been paid and confirmed.
The maximum order quantity for one item is 9 pieces (or the maximum available quantity in our inventory). And/Or a maximum total amount of USD 1,000.00 / HKD 8,000 per one single order.
